2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. SMKTG is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Platform Use

  • Businesses may post job opportunities, review candidate profiles, and connect with talent.

  • Talent may create profiles, submit portfolios, and apply for roles.

  • You agree not to misuse the platform, including spamming, posting false information, or violating any laws.

4. Payments and Fees

Talent can join the platform for free. Businesses may be charged for job postings or subscriptions as outlined on the pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of content they upload, such as profiles, portfolios, and job posts. By uploading content, you grant SMKTG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content on the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post discriminatory, inappropriate advertisement, misleading, or illegal content

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission

  • Interfere with platform functionality or security

7. Termination

SMKTG reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these Terms or any laws nationwide, without prior notice.

8. Disclaimers

SMKTG does not guarantee job placements or successful hiring outcomes. We do not pre-screen talent and recommend conducting interviews prior to entering into any agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

SMKTG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Furthermore, SMKTG does not guarantee any bookings, jobs, or the availability or suitability of talent. All users engage with the platform at their own discretion and risk.

10. Talent Profiles

SMKTG have the right to remove any accounts with no profile pictures, content or activity; without prior notice.

10. Photo Upload Consent 

If you choose to send us a photo, we will upload it to your profile on your behalf if your profile has no photo. By submitting your image, you agree to it’s use for display purposes on our platform or team materials.
