Regional Manager over 61 delivery drivers, spanned across eleven NAPA Auto Parts locations. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling and payroll for all drivers. Each week day, worked on-site at one or more of the eleven NAPA Auto Parts stores, in order to communicate with drivers and address any issues or concerns from NAPA store managers. On a daily basis, resolved potential service failures and other problems as they arose. Acted as liaison between NAPA store managers and National Driver Solutions executives.

As FOH Support team member, worked at the hostess stand and the front desk, which consisted of keeping an accurate wait list, seating guests and answering the phone to take carry-out orders. As Expediter, ran food to guests and packaged carry-out orders. As a server, acted as liaison between guests and kitchen, delivered food to guests and attended to their needs while they dined.
